As probably much of you know, Cape Cod is one the craziest market to find a nice house with reasonable good neighborhood at walking distance and beaches nearby. You definitely would want to work with an agent that has quality experience and knowledge about this market. But also an agent who is capable of understand your needs, make the whole process of looking for a house less stressful and more fun. Estelle just did all that for us and even more. She was engaged, very helpful and guiding us with pertinent information and recommendations from the beginning to the end of the process.
