Estella is friendly, helpful, polite, responsive, professional, and a great agent. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is a very caring person and want’s to make sure you are taken care of properly by everyone involved in the process from the other realtors to the mortgage company, title company, appraisal company and surveyor. She would go out of her way at any time of the day to any crazy request asked by us. She demonstrated her expertise and level of professionalism in every step of the way.
