She negotiated the seller to pay the full closing cost, added all home appliances to the sale free of charge and held my hand through every step of the process. Without a doubt, she will be the realtor I choose for my NEXT home purchase. I could not have asked for a better realtor and her personality overall shines as much as her work ethic.
