First time home buyer

As a first time home buyer. I was guided by an excellent team. My realtor and his team where very knowledgeable. Buying a house for the first time can be scary. But I was reassured by my realtor that it is an Investment. As a result of the current market and the area of the house I was purchasing. I actually have gained a substantial amount in equity. Over $25000 in the first year. How this will not be the case for everyone. I was an opportunity that I took advantage of because of my realtor knowledge of the market and current property values in the area. He was always available to answer any questions day or night. Which was helpful for me considering I had a full schedule regularly. In addition to that. We did look at few other properties before settling in the final one. He was patient and helpful when questions were asked. Such as knowledge of schools in area, taxes and very important in Florida flooding zones. I was guided thru the whole process as I went along all the way into move in date. Very professional and straight forward with information.
