From binding contract to close was 11 BUSINESS DAYS and I was able to move out of my apartment and into the new house just in time. The main thing that I was most happy about with Ms. Essie is that she fully understood my wish list and didn’t let me waver from it. When I almost lost hope, Ms. Essie's word of encouragement is what kept me from choosing just any house.
