I was fortunate enough to get a referral for Espi from a close friend of mine. I’m an older individual, I have no experience with real estate, but I have definitely heard all the horror stories. After interviewing many other realtors in the area, I chose Espi. Espi and her staff had a lot of wonderful ideas about staging/preparing my home, as well as a selling strategy to maximize my profits. After living for 30 wonderful years and raising seven kids in our wonderful home, we were truly paralyzed trying to empty it out. A friend and a neighbor encouraged us to speak to Espi. She knew movers that would come to our new city, and could see that we were not making much progress. She sent us a big array of moving boxes, packing tape, wrapping paper, etc and said "Don't even worry. Take what you love and I will deal with the rest!" AND SHE DID!! Espi Bagwell and her expert team are without a doubt the best I have ever encountered!! I/we (my ex-husband and I) had bought and sold numerous homes together, 6 to date, but this was the first time I had to do it all on my own.
