We were coming off of a bad experience with a previous sale fallen through on our co-op, and she came in with the go-getter attitude that we desperately needed to find a new buyer and complete the process. We had many obstacles ahead of us since we were stuck with 2 mortgages, our co-op switched management companies, I was due to deliver a baby, and last but not least- COVID-19 struck.
