Ms. Sosa is such an amazing person. The moment I met her I knew I would be in good hands. She is super friendly, understanding, and so patient! Throughout the process she maintained active communication and followed up appropriately. Her work demonstrates that she is highly skilled realtor and knows what she is doing. After working with Ms. Sosa I can honestly say she is like family now and look forward to working with her again when I buy my next home. I recommend her to anyone interested in buying or renting!!!

Erys is very kind, helpful, patient and supportive! She recommended us many beautiful homes according to our values when on the hunt to buying our first home! She is very quick with responding and is attentive to detail. We would definitely recommend Erys to anyone looking to buy a property and would definitely be in contact will her again! It was a wonderful experience from start to end :)

Erys and her team did a fantastic job helping us with the sale of our apartment in Rego Park, NY. She was very professional, reliable, and efficient, taking care of every single detail including but not limited to advertisement, professional quality photos for the web listings, individual appointments, and open house viewing of the property. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Erys was very professional and always had my interest in mind. She will definitely be dealing with my next buy.
