Errol was our third realtor and was extremely helpful throughout this VERY long and tough process. We managed to close on our home on Veteran's Day using our VA Home Loan!

We found Errol after terminating our three previous realtors. Errol, had a tough job from the start, we were utilizing our VA loan, (which some sellers frown upon) we had a limited budget, and he was assisting us during a seller's market. Every property he brought to us had potential, however we kept getting outbid which really took a toll on us mentally. Errol kept assuring us that we would find the right one, and he kept the listings flowing. Errol took note of all our amenities and desires and brought to us one last property in Santa Clarita. Frustrated and exhausted, we informed Errol that we liked the property and to make the best decision for us. Errol immediately went to work, and three days later he informed us that the seller accepted our offer. Not out of the woods yet, the VA has stringent requirements and we know if the seller gets tired of dealing with it all, they can pull the deal. Errol stayed the course and negotiated every aspect of the deal allowing us to close without any issues!
