Errol is an amazing agent. I have worked with him for years. He is very straight forward and knows how to keep you focused. I tend to get frustrated when there are issues that arise. Errol allows me to vent, to scream, to cry, but he also takes the time to help me get refocused on the bigger picture. I won't say that he holds your hand throughout the entire process but you know he is there. He is a present individual. He does frequent check-ins and has always treated me with respect. There have been times I have attempted to use other agents and they have failed me. Errol has never failed me and that says a lot about the person he is, the integrity he has for his profession, and the respect I will continue to have for him.

In the past year Errol has assisted my family with two long distance transactions. He was very helpful with keeping things on track, even attending an inspection when I was not able to attend. His knowledge of the area and the industry his been valuable as well. He communicates in a matter that makes it easy to understand what can be a complex process. Both transactions would have been very stressful without Errol's knowledge and professionalism.
