Eron Smith

Eron recently helped us sell our family home in central Florida. She did an amazing job under difficult circumstances as the home was in pretty bad shape and needed several repairs and upgrades to get it ready for market. Not only did Eron find some terrific contractors for the needed repairs, she coordinated and oversaw the work. This sale was especially challenging for Eron as the sellers were five brothers and sisters living in five different states. Eron successfully navigated the complex family dynamics but also obtained for us a price "over asking" and an "on-time closing". What more could we ask for.... can't recommend Eron highly enough.
