Ernie was there with us every step of the way. It’s our first time buying a house and Ernie made sure we looked at houses in good areas only so we didn’t waste our time looking at houses in bad neighborhoods. We looked at a lot of houses, Ernie didn’t give up in finding houses for us to look at that were in our price range and kept us on updated in the process. He made the process stress free and was very patient in explaining everything to us. We were able to buy our first house with Ernie’s help, he was able make the escrow process pain free and explained all the paperwork. He made sure he was always available when we had questions since this was our first time buying a house. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer all of them. Buying a house is a stressful process but having Ernie as our realtor made it a pleasant one, he had us laughing even after being disappointed with the house we just looked at or we got outbid on.
