Ernesto Ramos

Ernesto was a complete wonder to work with. We needed help selling our parents' home, getting everything cleaned up and moved out and Ernesto was with us every step of the way. We particularly needed help cleaning the inside and outside up and he had resources for everything and quickly gets it done. We wanted to sell the home "as-is" and once we were ready for him to list it, it was listed, sold and in escrow within a week! Even with two holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) in the mix, escrow was closed in just about 30 days. He was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small, and was extremely prompt in his replies. Communication is key and we were always kept informed of what was going on. Ernesto is kind, professional and on took care of EVERYTHING! What a complete relief that we did not have to worry about anything. If I had to buy or sell another home, I would definitely call Ernesto again and again!

Ernesto helped me with selling my mother’s house in probate. He was very knowledgeable with the hole process. He even helped me with a lot of house stuff I had no knowledge of. There was times when I was very frustrated in selling it but he was always a phone call away to make things easier for me and my family. He is greet at what he does and I thank him very much.
