This is the second time I've used Ernesto (Ernie) Martinez to sell real estate, and once again, he came thru for me with flying colors! It seems no matter how much effort and stress is involved, he was there every step making it easier on me. I have trouble finding people who will even show up for an appointed day/time. Ernie does so much more than show up. Every time I had a new problem, Ernie had a solution. I can't thank Ernie enough. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. This was no simple sale. We had 3 adjoining parcels up in the hills by Oroville, CA. Two were completely natural, and the third had a mobile home with utilities. He was able to combine all 3 into one sale, saving me from the headaches of selling 3 individual pieces. Also, the last "residents" left the place in shambles. Ernie brought 2 of his workers up to help for a few days. They had to camp there and helped me as needed. I could never have done it alone. Well maybe I could, but it would've taken me a year! They were done in less than a week, working daylight to late evening every day. At the end, time was getting tight and Ernie came up himself and put his working boots on for the last weekend. He is a dedicated guy. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Actually I did. The first time I used Ernie was for a house in the SF bay area; this time was 5 hours away and he was still there in person. Thank you Ernie!
