We have been with Ernie since 2018! He originally helped us with the purchase of our First home. He listened to what we wanted and were looking for, was very patient, never rushed us into anything, And was always willing to meet with us for a showing regardless of the time of day. When we finally found a home, the Escrow/ VA Funding process was simple and straight forward. Now fast forward to today 2021, 3 years later, he yet again, helped us with the sale of the same home!! Had over 30+ offers, yet still kept our best interest. He was patient and never did we feel like we had to figure it out on our own, he was always there! Ernie was very responsive and attentive. I was a pleasure working with him and his team!
