Ernesta is truly amazing and a gem of a professional. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, proactive, organized, and really stayed on top of all the details that went into selling this home. As an estate sell, and family afar, there were quite a few more things that needed to be done. Ernesta took care of every detail and went above and beyond with the extra effort given (she even took part in manual labor to clean up the yard!) When I tell you she handled everything for us, she did! I had complete confidence and trust in her ability to take care of the staging, maintenance, repairs, and sell of this home. As a military family, we have bought and sold many homes. We have worked with many realtors and there hasn’t been any that could compare with Ernesta. She sets the example of real estate professionalism.

Ernesta went above and beyond in helping us finding the perfect house when we moved from NJ to NC. Needless to say, moving to a different state is stressful, and having an agent that can be trusted and knowledgeable is key. Ernesta made recommendations based on our needs and once we were ready she was ready for us as well. We needed some time to sell our NJ house and the last thing I wanted was to deal with an agent in NC rushing me. She didn’t overwhelm us, instead she worked at our pace. However, as closing date was approaching and we needed to act quickly she was there on top of things assuring the process was flawless. We are eternally grateful for her services and will have her again as our agent when we move again.
