Unbelievable commitment to sell my home during Covid. Despite several buyers falling short on financing issues due to Covid despite being preapproved Ernies drive to sell the house again never lowered, in fact his drive to finish the deal and close on a house deal only increased. Ernies commitment to the process of helping a seller understand there options when recieving multiple bids and finding the best buyer for our needs to close the deal was exceptional. Ernies knowledge of real estate is vast. He has multiple resources at his hand when it comes to finding a contractor to fix any item on your house that has failed during an inspection report making it easy on the seller to not have to search for his own. Most importantly Ernie has an eye to find max value on pricing your house. I sold my house during a scary time in our country for 30k more than I expected. Our sale was literally for max appraisal value and did not take long to get an offer either. Overall the experience was great during a stressful time. I wish I had more houses to sell so Ernie could sell.
