Erin Vonpongracz

I have had four realtors in my life and by far Erin has surpassed all three prior. She came along after we had a horrible experience with our realtor for the house we currently purchased and she immediately put our minds at eased and seemingly came alongside us to advocate for us, and was the KEY reason we are even in our home today. She is kind, warm and very knowledgeable of the industry and so much more.

Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! We will partner with her again. 💯

We were extremely blessed to have Erin as our real estate agent. She exceeded all of our expectations. She has tremendous knowledge as well as the ability to meet all of our needs. We looked at several home before deciding on the one we recently purchased. She has the ability to overcome any obstacle that is put in her way. Her willingness to look at several different homes during our search was outstanding. Erin has a presence about her that displays great calm when needed as well as tenacity when it is required. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Erin has done for us. We would gladly recommend her to any perspective clients searching for a home. There are simply not enough positive adjectives to describe this wonderful lady and the work she has done for us during our home search. Simply stated she is an extremely talented realtor that goes above and beyond to help her clients reach their goals.

We were from another state 2K miles away. Without Erin at this agency we would not have found the property we purchased. I could not recommend Erin more, always willing to research issue and find solution's.

Erin has been right there from the start, from showing homes, explaining process, what to expect next, to things I didn’t even know to ask about. She gained my trust and respect the first time we met to look at homes. I definitely will refer her to anyone who is looking for a home.

Erin treated us so well. Very professional, yet personable. Always available to us. She got us a contract equal to and even beyond our wishes.
