I am supported by a company that realizes we live in an ever-changing environment which gives me access to cutting-edge technology to ensure my buyers and sellers homes are strategically marketed for optimal success. I specialize in residential home sales, new construction, rehab projects, relocation assistance, and first-time buyers in Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Shelby, and Spencer counties!
I am a strong negotiator with excellent communication skills and have over 20 years property management and real estate experience. What I enjoy most about real estate is finding a home that needs a little love and putting in the work to make it beautiful again while sticking to an affordable budget. I see potential in these distressed homes and love to show others the path to gaining some sweat equity.
As a native and active member of the community, I know Louisville and the surrounding areas. I can help buy or sell your home and you can count on me to be by your side during the entire transaction. I am committed to exceptional customer service and dedicated to helping you achieve your real estate goals. Please don’t hesitate to contact me today!
