Erin Vandergrift Round

My best friend was interested in a house and knew Erin from High School - When I started looking I was given Erin's number to ask a few questions having never bought a house before. Erin was great and agreed to answer any and all of my questions even at 11pm - When I texted her and asked if she could help me see a house I was interested in, she didn't hesitate. Erin never asked me sign a contract or for any type of agreement. Erin stayed with me for 4 months looking at what seemed to be 100 houses until we finally found "the one"!! Thank you Erin :)
