My husband and I are exceptionally pleased with our recent real estate transaction which was listed by Erin Torres with Exit Realty. Erin was the ultimate professional and went way above our expectations keeping us informed every step of the way throughout the process. We listed our condo, had 5 showings the first day and multiple offers over the sales price. Erin provided us with all of the offers quickly so that we could make an informed decision. We closed as soon as the title work was back and couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. I know she worked hard behind the scenes to get all the paperwork together, but I have never had such an easy experience. It took minutes to sign everything using Docusign. Erin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She is definitely a “people” person, very friendly, and made us feel that we were at the top of her list at all times.
