The team of Slung & Tompkins work tirelessly to sell real property. In my situation, I listed a middle parcel consisting of 10 acres of vacant land in a somewhat rural community, some 45 minutes from their office. That distance presented no challenge to the team, driving to the land numerous times and walking it. Larry spoke to neighbors and contacted county planning and zoning employees, who were knowledgeable about property development. They met with a prospective buyer and answered his numerous inquiries - so much so that although the buyer had pretty much decided on another tract (as mine was perceived as too large for his purposes) the continual contact and reassurances led the buyer to decide on my parcel.
