We contacted the Bee Murphy team to help us list our current house, and buy our next home. We worked primarily with Sara Montagne, who was our day to day contact for our listing. Sara, Erin, and the team were awesome. Almost all of our communication was with Sara. She was efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. The team helped facilitate getting our house ready by hiring a staging consultant to coach us on setting it up (we have 3 small kids, so vacating it was not an option), and coordinating the photography to look stunning. Our sale culminated with 8 offers, with one that was very strong. We credit that directly to the teams knowledge of how to present the house and bring in traffic. We were impressed, to say the least. Then it came time to buy: in this market, that was the cause of most of our stress. Sara has loads of knowledge on the local area, and market. She showed us several houses so we could get a feel for what was available. We submitted 3 offers over two weeks and our third was accepted in a competitive, multiple offer situation. Sara's insight to put in a low-appraisal gap clause was what made our offer stand out to the seller, and we give her full credit for our success in securing a house in such a short time. Working with Peter and Erin in selling our home was a painless and stress free process. They were very knowledgable in our area. Once we decided to list, their team was fast and responsive during the whole process. They did a walk-through of the home and suggested a listing price above our expectations. They also had very nice professional looking photos of the home taken. Needless to say, we had offers within 24 hours and we accepted an offer by the end of the weekend. Both Peter and Erin were very flexible on where and when to meet us, which is vey helpful for our busy days. Any questions we had was just a phone call, an email or a text away. Erin even came to help with paper work as we were a little lost, as this was our first home selling experience. We are very happy to have work with Peter and Erin.
