It was so refreshing to work with Erin. My husband and I chose her because she was referred to us by our neighbors when they sold their home. Upon meeting her, we knew immediately Erin was “the one”. Erin was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. She was able to secure a signed offer before our open house, above asking price! She also did a fabulous job at recommending how to showcase our home for the photographer. Erin also assisted us in purchasing our home - she took the headache right out of the entire process.
