We had been house-hunting for about a month with a realtor referred to us by the relocation company. We pretty soon found out he wasn’t covering all the areas we wanted to look and didn’t get / didn’t seem to care what our criteria were. So we went to a couple of open houses - and Erin was the seller’s agent agent at one of them. We hit it off from the first second, she totally understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect property. She was by our side through the whole buying process, providing guidance, comfort when we hit a bump, and sometimes some comic relief 😂. If we ever buy another house, Erin will be our agent again.
