Erin Swenson

We have now worked with Erin twice. She helped us purchase our home and later sell our home. I can’t imagine working with anyone else now! She is incredible. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, diligent, and kind, she’s your girl. If she doesn’t know an answer (but she usually does), she doesn’t relax until she finds it out for you. You will always feel like you’re being taken care of and your needs come first. I seriously can’t say enough great things about Erin Swenson!

Erin was amazing. It was my first time selling a home, and she completely walked me through the process and did all of the heavy lifting. She did an excellent job staging the house and getting it prepared for sale. The house sold quickly and without issue.

Erin has worked with many of our family members, so she came highly recommended. We were not disappointmented with our experience! We were first time home buyers with so many questions about the whole process and Erin was fantastic! She answered all our questions, helped us think of things we would not have, and helped point us in the right direction. We will certainly be turning to Erin when it's time for us to buy/sell again!
