Erin Spalding has been wonderful to work with in finding our new home - since we were moving from out of state, she made her schedule work around ours, even if that meant driving across town to a listing on short notice (in this crazy market!) and showing it to us via FaceTime or even creating videos of the home as she walked through and narrated. When we found a home we wanted to pursue, she was aggressive in getting us the best deal we could (again, crazy market) and we achieved an accepted offer on the very first home we offered on (a minor miracle these days)!
