I had a very good experience working with Erin. My transaction was a bit more complicated since I am out of state, and the property was held in a trust. Additionally the property had been rented, and subject to additional process due to rent control requirements. Erin managed all of these details, repair work, staging and buyer negotiations with confidence. She was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and worked to control inspection and other required expenses. I was happy with our selling price closing costs and schedule.
