I had a disappointing experience with this...
I had a disappointing experience with this agent today. Erin is showing a studio apartment condo for rent in DC. It turned out that the photos and details in the advertisement on Zillow were of an entirely different unit-- perhaps in the same building, perhaps not. You can't put up a picture of hardwood floors, picture frame molding, and new appliances if none of that is in the actual apartment. This is just a deceitful practice that wasted my time today. Not everybody is buying million dollar homes, but we deserve fair treatment on the housing market too.
