Erin works hard for out-of-state clients!

My husband and I, along with his siblings, live in California and inherited a house in North Carolina that was very old and needed many repairs to make it livable. When we interviewed agents at the house, I immediately felt like Erin was the most competent for the job. She has this uplifting, extremely friendly personality and is truly an authentic person. After we cleaned out the house, we handed Erin the keys and flew home. She assured us that she would handle everything and we would not have to return to NC. During the sale, she arranged all the necessary repairs through her vast network of contractors and vendors. The house needed a ton of work, and she handled it all with amazing professionalism. We never had to do a thing other than chat with Erin once in a while and sign some documents. She made the sale seem easy, even though she worked very hard on her end. She was beyond capable as an agent. We plan to use her again to sell some other property in the area. We could not have been happier with Erin and highly recommend her!
