I thought her market knowledge and marketing tactics were excellent. We showed the house to it's best advantage and it paid off well, and quickly. There's a lot of decisions to be made in this process, and she made me comfortable trusting her instincts on how to proceed. There's a lot of moving pieces and steps in this process, and I found Erin to be highly organized and effective at communicating all the various steps and decisions during the process. The day Erin showed up at our deceased mothers house brought a pease to the storm we were in from the shock of loosing our mother. My parents had owned the house for 50 years so there was lots of emotion there.
