I would give more stars if I could. Erin delivers expert guidance, optimism, and stellar communication. We were on a very tight timeline to buy but searched, offered, and closed on a house in the record time of 45 days. Which feels like a miracle in this crazy Portland market, but it was due to Erin setting us up for success at every step of the way. She provided home buying insights and resources that took away the extra stressors of buying. Her team and everyone she recommended were 5 stars as well. Thank you, Erin, for working your magic. Whenever I think of Erin, I think, “Wow. What a great human and amazing realtor.” Oh, and her housewarming gift basket was incredibly thoughtful and beautifully curated.

Working with Erin to sell our home was a great experience. She is knowledgeable, organized and will literally get her hands dirty every step of the way in selling your home. Erin was an absolute trooper. She did basically everything for us as we purchased our home from across the country without ever stepping foot in it first. She toured, she took pictures, took videos, met with the inspectors, took more pictures and more videos when we asked, answered all of our questions, met with the builder… the list goes on and on. She was an absolute gem to work with.. highly highly recommend!

She showed us our dream home two days later and set us up with a fantastic lender. Another couple of days later our offer was accepted -- not the highest, but the strongest! -- and we were off and running. After all that, she held our hands through the selling process for our old home and went so far above and beyond to help us get the house ready for market. She was an invaluable resource in finding different people for different jobs that needed to be done. Again, her communication and advice was fantastic and we were able to close without any problems. Working with Erin was seamless, and we can't recommend her enough. There are so many home buying and selling horror stories, but both experiences with her were easy and smooth. My heart is filled with the gratitude I feel for Erin! She was able to help us sell our home while we moved out of state to WI. We left for WI on a Monday, Erin came in with her team to clean, stage, prep, and get our house on the market within four days of us moving out. Our house received SO may offers the first weekend it showed, that it sold/closed within 4 weeks. Her background of strategy and statistics and business, along with her humble humanitarian side is a one of a kind combo for someone in this business of real estate. Or in any business. I can't say enough about how great Erin was to work with. From beginning to end, Erin was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and always went above and beyond. She was amazing at helping us navigate the negotiation phase with the seller, gave us solid advice, and successfully negotiated a number of concessions. Even after closing, Erin has been very kind at continuing to answer questions, pointing us in the right direction for various projects, and she went to bat for us to make sure every dollar we spent was spent to its max. Erin is amazing. She is passionate about her work and attentive about her clients. I’d had several weeks of competing priorities and Erin kept me in the loop and on track when I didn’t have the time. I just can’t say enough about our experience with Erin. We had been looking for months for a vacation property, both around Mt. Hood as well as the coast.
