I will never be able to recommend Erin enough. She is exactly who you need in your corner. My fiancé and I are first time homeowners and we had so much anxiety. Erin working with us felt like a huge weight off our shoulders. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every question we had Erin swiftly and efficiently got back to us. Each interest to go look at houses, she set them up in such a timely manner most of the time the next day which is something we really needed because the market is extremely competitive. Also, we had no idea what we were doing.. Erin with grace guided us the whole way with so much ease. It’s one of the easiest experiences we have ever accomplished. Now my fiancé and I are able to look at our personal house hunting journey down the line with years to come in our beautiful home and not have a single regret. Erin is exactly who we needed.

Erin has a trusted and experienced set of connections (mortgage brokers, repairmen, etc.) throughout the home selling and buying process that puts her above the rest. She stayed in touch every step of the way, including reaching out just to check on how I was doing. Erin really listens to what the client needs while also giving expert advice to make the process go as smooth as possible. Again, there is no one better than Erin!!
