Having grown up in Waldo County, Erin knows that Maine has much to offer beyond its picturesque surroundings; it’s the perfect place to live and work. As a proud local, she enjoys introducing others to the unique Maine communities she loves. She believes in delivering the best experience possible in all things real estate. Her role is to guide clients through each step with clarity and confidence, so they can make smart decisions, reach their goals, and feel supported and educated along the way.
Erin entered the real estate industry after spending over ten years traveling the coast of Maine and New England, instructing Marine Safety programs for lobstermen and mariners. Her career as a Marine Safety Instructor brought her to some of Maine’s most beautiful places and introduced her to many wonderful people. A highlight of that chapter was serving as an instructor for the Ocean Survival Program at Maine Maritime Academy in Castine and working under contract in Woods Hole, Mass. with NOAA, training fisheries observers before they went to sea.
Another important part of Erin’s career was her time managing Aquatic Programs and teaching children and adults how to swim at local pools & the Waldo County Y. She is a volunteer and proud Rotarian with the Belfast Maine Rotary Club and currently serves as President of the Board for the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce.
Why does this matter? Erin’s background highlights skills like communication, leadership, negotiation, attention to detail, and trust - all qualities essential in real estate. Her safety experience shows calm under pressure and the ability to strategize and communicate: traits sellers value in someone handling their largest asset or buyers looking to purchase.
Erin lives in Belmont with her family and yellow lab. She enjoys hiking Maine’s trails, exploring its coastlines, canoeing rivers, reading, and supporting local nonprofits.
