Having to be 6000 miles away while my house was being sold could have been scary and a difficult mess but Erin is one of the most professional and solutions oriented people I have ever met. I wholeheartedly recommend her! Meeting honest people who do what they say they are going to do, know the field they are in and actually care is so rare these days but Erin is and does. I was referred to Erin and she did not dissapoint. I was looking for a home or a lot in Lake Arrowhead and she was very knowledgeable about the area. She was raised here in Lake Arrowhead and has been involved in the community her entire life and is still very involved in the community. Erin did a great job walking us through various houses and talking through the various features - I appreciated most candid and critical feedback instead of just trying to make a quick sale. During the process itself it was discovered we had root intrusion in the pipes of our prospective home, and Erin was quick to obtain quotes so that we could negotiate the price. I'd definitely work with Erin again and recommend her to others.

Erin is a bubbly, friendly and efficient agent, she priced our home perfectly for a speedy sale, with 3 dogs, 2 cats and a full time remote worker on site it was not easy to arrange time for all the inspections etc. but we were done in 30 days, no hanging around for months with multiple viewings to cope with. It was exactly what we needed and we are grateful to Erin for all her assistance to make it a smooth, speedy transaction!

Ours was a mountain home, and Erin's market knowledge of the area was excellent. As it turned out, the timing of our listing was not the greatest, considering a downturn in the mountain market. However, Erin was persistent in her efforts and kept us informed every step of the way. She also helped arrange a couple of repairs for us that needed to be done prior to the closing.
