Erin Koch

I found Erin through Zillow and she stuck with me for about a year to help me find my home. She was quick when I emailed, texted, and/or called. When I freaked out (I was a first-time buyer, so I panicked a few times), she was right there to help me figure everything out and get a plan in place. I definitely felt like she was always on my corner and always made the time to chat, meet, and check our houses. I’m not hoping to need a realtor again any time soon (since Erin helped me find the perfect house that hit all my needs and wants), but I know Erin will be the one I call in the future.

Erin was amazing. We started looking in 2016 but we were unable to purchase at that point. Erin made sure to follow up periodically to see where we were at in the process and ended up helping us into the perfect home. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking!

She was such a pleasure to work with. She made buying a home very pleasant! There was a lot of details I was not familiar with and she explained and went over everything with me. She is very quick with responding to questions and concerns you may have. I would highly recommend to anyone!
