A few years ago, when I first met Erin when she was selling a home across the street from me, I knew that when I was ready to sell my home, she would be the first one I would call. Erin was wonderful to work with. She knew what she was doing and always had great suggestions. If she wasn’t available when I called or text, she would always get back to me in a timely manner. Erin was absolutely incredible to work with. From the first moment we spoke with her, we knew she would be the realtor to help us buy our first home. She was warm, and knowledgeable about not only the housing market but everything that went along with buying a home.. she even steered is away from a home because of the issue with the foundation.. had she not had that knowledge we may have made the mistake of buying it and spending way too much on repairs. She explained everything thoroughly, gave us video tours of the home since we weren’t in the same state. She was present for our home inspection, and made every step of the way exciting and effortless for us.
