Erin was an incredible partner on the purchase of our new home! We met Erin on a whim when we were visiting Colorado from California and looking for locations to possibly move to here in CO. We could tell instantly that she knew her stuff, was super down to earth and was a great resource even though the house she showed us wasn’t for us. We pocketed her card went back to Los Angeles to see if we could sell our home there. It sold before even going on the market and then we were completely panicked and in a time crunch. We called Erin and she took us on some virtual tours of some houses but that was hard to really get it not being in person. So in the middle of the Pandemic we flew out to CO and she drove us around showing us houses and schlepped us around because we couldn’t get a rental car. Luckily she had a house almost ready to go ont the market in the neighborhood we wanted and luckily the owners were kind enough to let us view. We instantly fell in love, made an offer and viola it’ all somehow came together in less than 30 days. Though Erin was the realtor on both sides of the deal here in CO, she made us feel she was in it for only us! It was a seamless transaction (for the most part) and much of that was due to Erin taking care of so much for us since we were out of state. She is truly amazing giving us lists of resources for everything we needed! Honestly, we would only work with her in the future. We couldn’t be happier in our new home and new settings and we are so thankful we found Erin to help us along the way!
