As an agent for Prudential Real Estate/Pt Loma, Ms Jasczak possesses the kind of welcoming voice and calm demeanor that can put any client's mind at rest. In May of 2015, she did an excellent job of selling our 2-on-1 at 4888-4888-1/2 Del Mar Ave in 92107 (Ocean Beach) for a good price. At the time of sale, my wife and I were absentee landlords for this property, not having lived in CA since 2009, and so hadn't laid eyes on it since then. The sale involved the usual number of curveballs and short-fused repairs plus at least 1 out-of-the-blue zinger: On the rear cottage (4888-1/2), we'd installed Milgard windows in 2004, which, in absence of any feedback from the tenant, we'd assumed were in good shape. However, upon inspection, almost all of them were found to have failed (fogging). This involved many phone conversations with Milgard to prove warranty coverage, provide data on each failed pane on each failed window and reopen the work order after the 1st repair visit left some of the windows unfixed. During this time Ms Jasczak made several visits to 4888-1/2 to collect the info required by Milgard, taking her husband with her as necessary.
