Erin Hill gets things done. She is a do-er with an approachable personality. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impressive, and "spot on." The photography company she uses for the photo shoot and video is the best we have seen. Erin sold our home in Boxford within 2-1/2 weeks for full asking price. She stayed in touch throughout the whole process, including the successful closing. Erin also has a flair for interior design and gave us gentle words of advice and suggestions that we appreciated. I did not know Erin, but I called her after having 2 other realtors to our home (both of whom we were happy with but everyone suggests getting 3 proposals). I saw that she sold our neighbor's house within 2 weeks in the fall of 2015. She "wowed" us from the start and never disappointed. We were always very comfortable around Erin, and she understood how difficult it was for us to put our home of 13 years on the market in order to downsize and move to another state. We cannot say enough about Erin Hill, and we thank her for her professionalism, her talents, her dedication to her job and clients, and her warm personality.

Erin is the ultimate professional! She knows her job and does it better than any other real estate agent in the industry. Erin is very upfront and doesn't hold back.
