We purchased a condo three years ago with Erin's help. She is a local with great local knowledge. We wanted something safe and clean for our daughter. She showed us multiple properties before we settled on the one we purchased. She coordinated the purchased and walked us through the process. So naturally when it came time to sell the property, we thought of Erin. She provided input on staging, selling price and general market conditions. We listed the property on Saturday and had two offers by the following day, both over listing price. Erin facilitated the process from the seller's side for us flawlessly. She assisted with negotiations for minor repairs and counter offers. We want to say thank you to Erin for a painless process both buying and selling!!
