Erin helped us find the best property for us.. She would check on us regularly. She was very professional but very friendly and down to earth. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she would be right on top of it to find out immediately.. She even gave us tips on the property to help in improve it the way we would want to.. She has gone above and beyond the whole journey of finding the perfect property as well as once we picked out the property she was always there to guide and help us the whole way..

My experience was great working with Erin. Erin has helped me in the past purchase other property as well. She is extremely knowledgeable all the way around. From the knowledge of the property all the to the purchasing details. She is definitely a committed realtor and has done nothing but the best job representing me as a buyers agent on more than one purchase. I will definitely use Erin on all future-purchases in Arizona.

I very much enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to work with Erin Durbin. She was never too busy or distracted to take my calls or to promptly respond to emails and texts, and she advised me all through the home selling process--from insight prior to listing regarding what local buyers are looking for in a home like the one I sold, to whether and when to revise my listing price and why, and handled the offer, contract and closing steps with great care--as if it was her own home she was selling. And every time we had a prospective buyer, she followed up with the buyer or their agent to find out their thoughts about the property, what they liked or disliked about the property, and what I could do to improve my chances and speed to sell the propety. I definitely plan to work with Erin the next time I have a property to sell in the Show Low and surrounding areas. I could not recommend her more! Thanks, Erin!

Erin was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and fun to work with! She answered all of questions/concerns and helped us with every step of the process. It was very easy from start to finish. We closed on time and all of our paperwork was ahead of schedule so closing was easy! I highly recommend using Erin as your realtor!

Erin is fantastic, very quick to respond and wont forget about you like other realtors i have dealt with. Great knowledge of properties throughout the white mountains and then some. I am looking to buy more land and Erin is my choice for contact. Thank you!

Erin, was awesome as I struggled to find a good realtor that could help me find the land we were looking for. She did an amazing job for us and smooth transition. I highly recommend her for help in the white mountain region.

Erin was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services as a realtor and will be using her for any future realty needs. Early in 2025, we began looking for a second home to escape the heat of the valley and came across Erin randomly through Zillow. I wasn't sure what to expect finding her through Zillow, but she exceeded our expectations in every measure. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hesitations and anxieties, and where we needed help in the buying process. After getting to know us, she was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and responsive as we looked at a few homes before we found our match. As we got closer to closing, Erin helped us artfully navigate negotiating with the builder to get some necessary items addressed. I'm writing this review months after our close in April (sorry Erin!) and she still reaches out to see how we're doing and if we need anything. It was a joy to work with her and she has become a friend through this process. I know this review sounds a little too good to be true, but it is my honest opinion that I cannot imagine working with a better realtor - our first home was not anything like this and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Erin!
