She was never too busy or distracted to take my calls or to promptly respond to emails and texts, and she advised me all through the home selling process--from insight prior to listing regarding what local buyers are looking for in a home like the one I sold, to whether and when to revise my listing price and why, and handled the offer, contract and closing steps with great care--as if it was her own home she was selling. And every time we had a prospective buyer, she followed up with the buyer or their agent to find out their thoughts about the property, what they liked or disliked about the property, and what I could do to improve my chances and speed to sell the propety. I definitely plan to work with Erin the next time I have a property to sell in the Show Low and surrounding areas. I could not recommend her more! Thanks, Erin!

Erin was really amazing to work with. She would meet me any time and show homes as long as I needed. She always made sure I felt comfortable in every step of the process. Erin was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and fun to work with! She answered all of questions/concerns and helped us with every step of the process. It was very easy from start to finish. We closed on time and all of our paperwork was ahead of schedule so closing was easy! I highly recommend using Erin as your realtor!

Erin was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services as a realtor and will be using her for any future realty needs. Early in 2025, we began looking for a second home to escape the heat of the valley and came across Erin randomly through Zillow. I wasn't sure what to expect finding her through Zillow, but she exceeded our expectations in every measure. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hesitations and anxieties, and where we needed help in the buying process. After getting to know us, she was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and responsive as we looked at a few homes before we found our match. As we got closer to closing, Erin helped us artfully navigate negotiating with the builder to get some necessary items addressed. I'm writing this review months after our close in April (sorry Erin!) and she still reaches out to see how we're doing and if we need anything. It was a joy to work with her and she has become a friend through this process. I know this review sounds a little too good to be true, but it is my honest opinion that I cannot imagine working with a better realtor - our first home was not anything like this and we couldn't be happier. Erin helped us every step of the way. As first time home buyers she was patient and had excellent insight that looked out for our best interest. She is someone you can trust and not feel pressured to make any decision that wouldn’t benefit you. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who would ask.
