I have lived in apartments all over central Florida and the country for years. I have also rented homes, but have never had a place to call my own. So I had decided that finally I should buy a home. I was a first time buyer of a single family home. For years I always lived in apartments. For at least once I want to be a home owner in lieu of renting. I connected with Erin thru a referral from where I work. Being a first time buyer I was somewhat intimidated by the process. Erin was a great help in telling me what the process is in buying a home, and the steps required from making an offer to the eventual closing on a home. We had looked at several homes all in one locale. The last house we saw I wanted. The sellers initial selling price was just outside of my budget. Within about 3 offers made or proposed, the sellers agreed to a price. The overall experience of closing was a long process of a couple of weeks. As with every major decision I have made in my life, I was under a lot of anxiety. Erin made me feel more at ease about a lot of the overall process, and I learned a lot. I am very happy with my house.
