Erin is an outstanding realtor who leveraged her substantial expertise in residential real estate and extensive network of real estate professionals to assist me with purchasing my first home. I was already well aware of her real estate expertise as she was highly recommended to me by a personal friend, but I was especially impressed by her warm yet assertive demeanor. Erin has a true gift with connecting with other people, whether another realtor, loan officer, contractor, etc. She knows exactly how to communicate with all parties to close the deal and was very patient with my endless questions as a first-time home buyer.
