Erin helped my husband and I through our first home purchase. She was extremely quick to respond and recommended great local experts for inspections etc. Erin took the time to walk us through the process and answered all of our questions as they came along. She was willing to meet contractors for inspections. She also did a wonderful job communicating with the seller's agent and was proactive when it came to any questions or issues along the way. Erin is fantastic and we highly recommend her services.
