She also does really well at establishing a personal relationship with you and actively listening to your wants and needs in searching for a home.

We were Erin's first sale and although things were not always as smooth as we would have liked them to be she did help us to remain calm through the process. in the end she did find us a very nice house in Simpsonville. We have been in the house since early September and are getting it ready to call it home. We were very impatient customers but Erin did a great job of finding us the right home.
