Erin and the whole Chadwick team are stellar! Seriously, they know the home buying process in and out. When it came to the home inspection, Erin was well connected to all of the vendors from electricians, to plumbers, to inspectors, roofers, etc... She had it all handled and it made the whole process flow so well. She knows the area and she knows the right people. She is personable and it is evident by all of the relationships she has with tradesmen. She was very good at presenting us with the information and allowing us to make our own decision, rather than lead us in one direction or the other. Both Erin and Caleb Chadwick are well informed and wonderful people. I would highly recommend letting them lead you through the home buying process. (They will take your phone calls all of the time and answer every question).
