Erin Cabrera is a beyond excellent realtor. She was personable, competent, and really provided a service that was at our best interests. She was available for all of our questions day and night no matter the day of the week or personal situation. Text, call, email you name it and she was quick to respond and was always bright and happy to talk to us. We knew that she would stand up for us and give solid advice on the choosing of our first home. She was very communicative with us, our lenders, and also with the sellers with any questions we had which was priceless to us. We couldn’t have asked for better representation. She organized all of our inspections well and made sure that we spent our money wisely. Even after the closing and purchase of our home I know we have a source of solid advice and references to contractors for remodeling and maintenance of our new home, and ultimately a very good friend. My parents had an extremely poor experience in the recent past with Realty One Group so we entered the market with trepidation of what experience we would have, especially with us being first time buyers and the state of the current market. Erin was there to support my parents through a painful purchase and sale when she wasn’t even their personal realtor. To us that spoke volumes of not just her professionalism but also her character which was why despite the circumstances we chose her unquestionably. It was how we knew she was someone we could trust wholeheartedly, that she was in this business to make people happy with their purchases. For anyone questioning whom to trust with the process of purchasing and/or selling their home I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Erin from the Williams and Novaes family.
