Erin took on our property listing after a year of little activity in our out of town area. Her skills (and those of her team) in re-staging and presenting our home, including recommendations and connections to local vendors, were so helpful since we had already moved out of the area. Her persistence in using multiple channels to market resulted finally in two active prospect families. We appreciated her attention and responsiveness in the offer negotiation process. The buyers' process for closing became unexpectedly complicated and delayed. Erin was a persistent agent for our interests with the buyers and their lenders, while assisting the buyers to do what took to be able to purchase our home. She was a trusted partner in this whole process, and we would heartily recommend her services to anyone in the market.
Erin went more than above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She never tried to talk us into anything. Zero pressure! She literally worked all day and night for 8 straight days. We were on a super tight schedule and she made sure not one minute was wasted. We were not looking forward to house hunting at all because most realtors don't care about their client BUT this is not how Erin functions. We don't plan on buying another house for a long time because we love it, but if we did I hope Erin would take us on as a client. I recommend her to my family, friends and everyone else!! Another huge plus...she has a fantastic personality!!

I honestly can't say enough about how awesome it was to meet and work with Erin. It started with me filling out an "I'm interested" inquiry on a property that was listed with another agent. It was appx 9:40 on a Tuesday or Wednesday night.. within a few minutes I had a text from Erin asking if I wanted to see the property!! We met the next morning at 8:30!! I couldn't believe it. I was so impressed I then set up a viewing of the property for the next morning for my fiance'. We ended up not getting that particular house, but continued to work with Erin until we found one that we bought. We also both listed our townhomes for sale with Erin. She is smart and super fun to work with. She is on top of her game! I highly recommend her to anyone looking or selling!

Susan was extremely helpful in our search for a new home. She was very quick to let us know all the houses that were in the price range were were looking for as soon as they hit the market. With this crazy market right now it helped us to get in and view the houses we were interested in before they had an accepted offer. She helped us make a strong offer on the house we purchased and we were able to get the house below asking, which is rare in this current market. We truly enjoyed having Erin as our realtor. She was incredibly helpful, positive and knowledgable in what could have been a pretty stressful time for us - we have four children and decided it was time to sell or house and buy a different house. However, with Erin, the process went so great. Whenever there was a house we were interested in, she was always ready and available to schedule a showing. And when we got to each house - we worked with her to see about 7 or 8 different houses - she was always excited to see my wife and the kids and was so happy to talk to and hold our baby, which freed us up to focus on looking at the prospective house. Once we found a house we wanted to buy and the offer was accepted, Erin went right to work to help us get our house professionally photographed and listed. We got 8 showings and 3 offers in 2 days and accepted and offer to sell our house! I would say that Erin is the perfect real estate agent. She lets you do your thing throughout the process, provides the answers to the numerous questions you will likely have and is just a great and positive person to work with.
