It's hard to imagine why anyone would hire...
It's hard to imagine why anyone would hire anyone other than Erin and Bob. It's also hard to overstate how glad I am they were referred to us in 2018. Back then, after listing our Calabasas house for rent, they got us a great tenant in TWO DAYS. In 2020, after listing the same house for sale, they got us an offer in FOUR DAYS (during a global pandemic etc). Escrow closed in 30 days. But perhaps most importantly, the service, expertise and care they provided throughout may be what I remember most. They went WAY beyond the call of duty so many times, treating us more like family or close friends, as opposed to just another client. I can't recommend Erin and Bob highly enough!
